I sought out Rosalind's nutritional advise about 6 months ago and have been impressed by her warmth and knowledge and interesting perspective on why we as a culture tend toward certain food choices, and how to stay healthy via good nutritional habits.
In a nutshell, I asked her advice on the following:
-- healthy food strategies for a busy mom;
-- detox strategies;
-- personalized menus;
-- cooking demo's;
-- practical info on nutrition, kitchen equipment
Her input was given with enthusiasm for the subject, and sensitivity to me as a person. She kept in mind the exact type of help I needed at all times.. She respected the expanse of knowledge I already had, but always made me feel smarter when I left her office! She even came to my home to help me organize my kitchen/cooking supplies, taught me about spices--- and gave me a cooking lesson. Her prices and value are simply put, stellar; I highly recommend you call Rosalind if you are looking for a nutritionist.

Just to say, I so enjoy reading your newsletter.

I liked the photo of the bones in the pot, too.

You make everything seem within reach.

The resources you offer--books, websites--are so welcome.

Thank you -- Kate

Rosalind ... listens extremely well, knows a great deal, and has many resources at her fingertips--but she never imposes her advice. These qualities make her an excellent nutrition counselor.
